Service Process for Zync Z900Plus Tablet:

  1. If there is any issue in Z900plus, kindly call at our customer care number 0120-4821999,(10am-6pm Monday-Friday)(10am-4PM Saturday)Second Saturday closed,Sunday closed and all public holiday closed.

    2. In case the customer not able to reach to customer care agent, kindly put mail

    3. Firstly we will try to solve the issue, over the call if the issue is not solve over the call, our customer care agent will log the complaint.

    4. After the complaint is logged, they will guide the customer to nearest service centre, and in case if there is no service centre in that particular region/area we will arrange the reverse pick of the product.

    5. Our customer care agent will guide, the customer how to pack the product.

    6. Once the pick-up is arranged, we will let the customer know if its a manufacturing fault or physical damage, after the conformation we will repair and send the product back to customer.
